Rezel Holdings, LLC is a dynamic e-commerce company based in Eastvale, CA, specializing in innovative consumer products. We are seeking a skilled Shopify E-Commerce Sales Manager to oversee our Shopify sales channel and drive growth through effective digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, optimizing performance, and executing online advertising campaigns to increase sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the Shopify sales channel, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
2. Help with hiring, training, managing other Shopify Sales team members
3. Optimize the Shopify website for maximum conversion rate and user experience.
4. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
5. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
6. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
8. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, advertising ROI, and key insights.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1-3 years proven experience in shopify platform
3. Manage a shopify brand website with the minimum of $100,000/sales per month
4. Proficiency in Shopify platform and familiarity with website management tools.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
6. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
