United Staffing is looking for a Bilingual experience Customer Service Representative for one of our prestigious companies in Ontario.
Bilingual Customer Service
Must be experienced in the following:
2-3 year of experience in customer service or inside sales, retail
Must be Bilingual
Moderate to Proficient computer skills
Previous in sales or customer service experienced preferred
Flexibility to work overtime
Use of office equipment (i.e. computer, phone, fax, etc…)
Assist walk-in customers to show company products Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage Cash Transactions
Receives a high number of inbound calls and makes outbound calls to provide great customer service experience to potential and
existing customers.
Reviews customer’s quotes and performs data entry in Microsoft excel.
Communicates daily with internal and external customers regarding quotes, delivery dates and product delivery.
Works with sales managers and/or sales representatives, production planning, manufacturing, credit and dispatch to support
overall sales and customer service process.
