Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who enjoys being part of a team helping others, talking to others on the phone, and is computer literate. Job duties include researching and resolving coverage questions, maintaining client files and processing routine correspondence in both paper and electronic (software) formats. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
