Overview:
At Planet Carwash, we are committed to providing top-notch car cleaning services while using solar power and recycled water to reduce our impact on the environment. We are seeking motivated Car Wash Attendants to join the team and bring their fantastic customer service skillset. This is an opportunity to grow within a fresh, new company and contribute to its ongoing success. Previous carwash experience is preferred, but not required. With an environmentally sustainable product and state-of-the-art wash equipment, all we are missing is you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of payment terminals, wash tunnel, parking lot, restrooms, and maintenance rooms.
- Assist customers with wash package selections and explain benefits of wash membership packages.
- Provide pre-wash preparation of all vehicles entering wash tunnel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a carwash environment is preferred, but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
