ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support Associate is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:
Incoming calls / outbound calls
- Customer assistance/complaints
Account changes (DDA/DBA/Address/Phone/Legal changes)
TAX ID validation
Account Closures/ Notations
Chargeback/dispute notifications
Batch reports
Refund request
Paper order
Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects assigned
