Duties as a Customer Representative:
Engage with potential customers by addressing product and service inquiries, recommending suitable solutions, and introducing additional offerings to meet their needs and drive revenue growth
Accurately process customer orders, handle correspondence, and consistently exceed expectations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers through open, friendly, and effective communication
Achieve individual and team sales objectives as outlined by the management team
Securely collect customer orders and manage sensitive payment information, along with essential contact details
Confidently respond to questions regarding warranties, product features, and terms of sale with professionalism and clarity
Proactively promote special offers and up sell relevant products or services to maximize customer value
Collaborate with the customer service and sales management teams through regular meetings and hands-on training to ensure exceptional service standards are met
Qualifications We Look for in a Customer Representative:
0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or client service role
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage and adapt to diverse personalities
Proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers, and leadership
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or GED required
College degree preferred but not mandatory
