This Dispatch / Customer Service position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people, great organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Plumbing Dispatching experience preferred with a great friendly and fit into our family like environment.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
Outstanding logistical and organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Ensure compliance with proper close-out procedures for every call
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with the technicians as well as customers; When making courtesy calls to customers to advise of technicians expected time of arrival or to reschedule calls.
Ability to learn and master the use of company software Housecall Pro
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise.
Energetic, reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
Stable work history and a great team player!
Housecall Pro experience preferred
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions is very important
