Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a key driver of success at WorldCraft Logistics. With a dynamic and proactive approach, the CSR will assess customer needs and demonstrate how partnering with WorldCraft Logistics can enhance their shipping experience. Delivering outstanding customer service is a top priority in this role. While experience in customer service, logistics, or some college education is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing customer accounts.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Foster strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and carriers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and carrier concerns.
- Prepare shipment quotes and arrange shipments per customer requests.
- Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, both in workspace organization and software use.
- Serve as a professional role model within the company.

Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: College diploma in a related field.
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of office/clerical experience.
- Solid understanding of logistics (ocean/air imports/exports).
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and team relations.
- Self-driven with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage.

Salary:
$20.00/hour during probation (3 months).
$20.50/hour post-probation.
