Position Summary:
No Cold Calling - Inbound Calls Only
· Confer with consumers by telephone to negotiate repayment of debt.
· Establish best possible payment arrangement based on consumers financial capacity.
· Utilizing user-friendly collection software to record information about financial status of consumers and collection efforts.
· Experience working within a high volume call center environment
· Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients.
Performance Compensation: Earn monthly commission based on performance.
Qualifications:
· Collections experience 1yr + (not required)
· Basic computer proficiency.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Maturity, teamwork, problem solving, learning, and professionalism. Strong negotiating skills.
· Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.
· Strong work ethics and accountability.
· Goal oriented and competitive while maintaining the highest level of customer service
· Bilingual Speaker
Additional Information:
· 7am to 4pm schedule(s)
· Must be willing to work a Minimum of 36 hours per week
· Commission Rate between 34% - 40% of everything you collect
