Urban Dwell Architects is an innovative architectural design firm specializing in creative design solutions for commercial & mixed use projects. We offer excellent compensation and benefits with the opportunity to work in an exciting and progressive design studio.
We are currently seeking a Project Lead with at least two years of experience.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 1-2 years in commercial projects
Minimum 2 years of Revit Modeling experience
Highly proficient in InDesign and Sketch Up
Expert design skills, skillful at program development, and possessing a solid understanding of structure.
Ability to put together full construction document sets and manage the entitlement process and permitting.
Ability to understand and generate complete detailed plans and working sketches.
Competence in multi-tasking and working with multiple deadlines.
Applicants should possess excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside Project Manager to lead and manage an architectural team and serve clients needs with high professional standards and distinction
Manage design development and construction documents including scheduling and consultant coordination
Ensure code compliance, review specifications and evaluate quality of materials and finishes
Obtain building permits and coordinate with various government agencies
