We are a Ramen &Sake bar, Fish grill restaurant located in the heart of temecula and Hiring for all positions Cook/Prep/Dishwasher/Server !!

Chef/Cook/ Prep

- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, FATT (Flavor, appearance, Temperature, and Texture) criteria, cooking procedures.

- Maintains standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling on a daily basis, understands measurement requirements.

-Cleans kitchen equipment and maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift as well performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Company's written Employment Guidelines.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Understand written recipes, procedures, prep lists, and other related work notes.

- Creative and improving menu including create new menu.

- Strong organizational skills; Ability to learn from a team in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, some holidays and special events.

Server and Bartender ( 21+ only )

General Purpose of the Position:

- Practice integrity, respect, and efficiency while selling and serving beverages and food in a busy environment.

Major Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive attitude and smile and be polite with customers throughout the transaction

- Must be a team player

- Welcome guests.

- Work as a team with all employees in order to maintain an efficient atmosphere and an effective food and beverage service.

- Must have knowledge of menu items and recipes to effectively service the customer

- Ring all orders into the computer immediately; collect different forms of payments from guests.

- Serve the bar as well as make drinks for the dining room.

- Make and serve drinks, bus tables, run food, restock and clean (and other tasks)

- Anticipate guest's needs! Offer your assistance before the guest has to ask for it.

- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

- Maintain specific side-work, prep and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Report to work in a neat and clean and well-groomed (personal hygiene is essential).

- Distribute and post marketing materials as required

- Maintain a neat and clean beverage station and a presentable work area

- Ability to understand and follow directions given by management

- Other duties as directed.

Skills and Experience Required:

- At least 3 years bartender experience.

- At least 2 years Server experience

- At least 3 years Chef or cook experience

- Ramen & Fish grill experience is a plus

- Excellent Sake, Wine and beer Knowledge.

- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Multi-task oriented.

- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- Possess good time management with daily tasks required by the management team

- Math skills for counting money and providing correct change

- Knowledge of running a cash register, and credit card machine transactions

- Required to have open availability on weekends and more and MUST BE 21+ per Calif law to make and serve alcoholic drinks

- Experience in the food service industry as a food service worker

- Great customer service skills

Essential Physical Requirements:

- Walks and stands during entire shift.

- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.

- Remain stationary for long periods of time.

- Frequent washing of hands.

- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns.

- You must be of legal age 21+ to serve alcohol according to state law.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- Possess good time management with daily tasks required by the management team

- Math skills for counting money and providing correct change

- Knowledge of running a cash register, and credit card machine transactions

- Must be able to multitask and work in high energy environment

- EXCELLENT SAKE, WINE AND BEER KNOWLEDGE ! ( server/bartender )

Must have knowledge of Sake cocktails ! ( Bartender )

- Must attain Food Handler Card from Riverside County upon hire. Flexible schedules work best.

- Background check required !!
