1) Head Sushi Chef/ Sushi Chef Assistant (Part/ Full Time)- We are seeking for a Head Sushi Chef who strives to lead and inspire others, is dedicated to their craft, and has refined the art of nigiri, sashimi, and roll making. The Head Sushi Chef must have the ability to train associate chefs and manage operations, overlooking the flow of orders and service. Advanced knife skills are a must.
Sushi Chef Assistants must be able to master roll making and preparations for the sushi bar. We will be able to train you if you have less experience.
2) Server (Part/ Full Time)- Looking for experienced servers in Japanese Restaurant setting, and who can provide great customer service, quick with orders and service.
3) Host (Part/ Full Time)- Looking for inexperienced/experienced hosts in Japanese Restaurant setting, and who can provide great customer service, quick with orders and service.
3) Kitchen Cook (Part/ Full Time)- We are looking for an individual who has some experience cooking at a Japanese Restaurant or someone who is a quick learner to make tempura, kitchen menu items at our restaurant.
Preference for those with Japanese restaurant experience with basic Japanese food knowledge. Only experienced candidates will be considered. Pay will be considered depending on one's experience. We prefer candidates who would have no issues with transportation.
