Four Points by Sheraton in Rancho Cucamonga (Foothill Blvd) is looking for a strong manager to join our team.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in supervising or management.
Strong in Spanish and English speaking
Strong computer skills
Strong leadership skills
Hospitable personality.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 10 employees
Payroll management for your team using our software system.
Scheduling for your team using our software system.
Ordering for your department using our AP system.
Follow through with incentives for your team. (very important)
Budget/Forecast cost controls for your department.
Brand Standard focused.
Working with your supervisor for ultimate cleanliness.
Will have to jump in and clean rooms when needed. (no one is above any position in our hotel)
All staff are expected to be hospitable at all times.
