Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting our signature dishes with consistency and care. You’ll work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to Gram’s BBQ standards and recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
Assist with prep work, grilling, frying, and plating as needed
Collaborate with team members to keep service efficient and timely
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Uphold a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations
Flexibility to workday and night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for great food and delivering quality service
Willing to train
