The Rustik Fork is a small Farm to Table Scratch Kitchen that gives a more comfortable approach at the table with a an upscale-casual atmosphere while serving upscale into fine dining dishes. Holding onto core menu items, we rotate most of the menu to accompany the season as well as host special coursed tasting menus and pairing dinners. We are looking for serious applicants who will work clean and efficiently to uphold our standards and strive for consistency every single day.
Candidates must have:
- Either a culinary school degree OR a minimum of 3 years experience working a line.
-Experience working in a scratch kitchen.
- Positive Attitude and ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Willingness to help out any and all team members.
- Ability to take direction and execute dishes with speed and consistency.
- High Standards on cleanliness both during service and closing the kitchen.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable Transportation & Punctuality-showing up to work on time.
- Current Riverside Food Handlers card.
