Ensure correct temperature on all ingredients
Follow food safetystandards

Follow the Broken Yolk system and standards
Learn ingredients and prep methodsfor all Broken Yolk menu item.
Understand order ticketsfrom a POS system
Follow verbal and written instructions
Communicate effectively withco-workers
Report to work on time each day
Maintain a positiveattitude
Set a good example for his co-workers
Work in a small ortight area
Work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Stand for long periods of time
Bend,stoop orreach several times daily
Lift up to 20 pounds
Go in and out of cold storage
Operate all cooking equipment including stove, grill and fryer
Safely use knives and othersharp objects
Obtain a valid food handler card
