Night Restaurant Manager – Kitchen Experience Required
We are seeking a hands-on Night Manager with strong kitchen experience to join our team. This role oversees evening operations, ensures smooth service, and supports both FOH and BOH teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nightly restaurant operations and staff (front & back of house)
Assist in the kitchen when needed (expo, ticket flow, prep oversight)
Train, coach, and support team members
Handle guest concerns professionally
Manage nightly cash handling, safe drops, and close-out reports
Enforce safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Communicate with General Manager regarding issues or needs
Actively enforce ID verification procedures and prevent any underage drinking in accordance with California ABC laws
Requirements:
3+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong knowledge of BOH operations, prep, and food quality standards
Ability to lead during busy sports nights and events
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be dependable, organized, and able to enforce standards
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
