We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant setting is required - Familiarity with Touch Bistro POS or similar systems is a plus - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Excellent guest relations and hospitality skills - Ability to assist with bussing tables and providing exceptional guest services
