Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our restaurant’s standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in your station, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes direction well, and has a passion for food and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with kitchen prep and cleanup as needed
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and take direction
Must be able to work evenings(3-11pm), weekends, and holidays as needed
