Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and breakdown. Join our dynamic team supporting high-energy events at premier venues in Ontario, CA! We are hiring event staff for a variety of roles. All positions are part-time and event-based, offering competitive pay and an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Available Positions & Pay Rates:
Banquet Servers-$17.00
help create exceptional guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, and private parties. You’ll be responsible for setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, attentive service throughout the event. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Bartenders $17.00 - $20.00 + Tips
Barbacks $17.00 - $20.00 + Tips
Bussers - $16.50
Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a dining area by clearing and resetting tables, refilling drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting servers.
Houseman - $18.00
Responsible for the physical setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and the arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
Concessions - $20.00
Providing food and beverage service, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and stocking supplies at various venues.
Dress Code:
All event staff are required to wear:
Black pants/slacks (no denim or leggings)
Non-slip shoes
Uniforms Provided:
Concessions Staff: polo (provided at event in Ontario Only
Premium Staff (Suites & Catering): Branded button-up long-sleeved shirt (provided at event)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for bartender roles)
Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
