Qualifications
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
Physical exam and negative TB test
Ability to complete the 20-hour RCFE caregiver training
Live Scan fingerprint background clearance
Warm, patient, compassionate personality
Excellent communication skills (very important)
SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY
Dependable and takes initiative
Comfortable supporting seniors with dementia or mobility needs

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring caregivers to join our assisted living team and provide high-quality care to our elderly residents. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit group supporting six residents in a calm, home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities (RCFE Caregiver Duties):
Personal Care (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
Medication Assistance: Administer and accurately document medications.
Health Monitoring: Observe residents and report changes quickly.
Meal Prep: Prepare simple, healthy meals; assist with eating if needed.
Mobility Support: Help with walking, transfers, and mobility devices.
Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, and engagement.
Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment.
Documentation: Daily notes, behavior logs, and care plan updates.
Communication: Professional updates to families and staff.
Emergency Response: Follow all RCFE safety protocols.
Activities: Support fun and meaningful activities for residents.
