We are looking for a very special person that can help my 80yr old mother and 84yr old father with their daily household needs. My mother has recently been diagnosed with a degenerative brain disease and needs help with getting around the house safely without falling. You must be able to lift and assist her with getting to the bathroom and potentially in and out of the shower. My father is able to help with much of this, but he has a failing back needs help, especially when he’s not feeling well.
They would also need help with laundry and generally keeping the house organized and clean.
They simply cannot afford the prices that companies want to charge so we are looking into an independent person that is experienced and lives locally in the Victor Valley area.
We may need help every day or may be every other day, depending on how she progresses after getting home from rehab.
