We are a long established, but fully modernized PRIVATE practice that is HYGIENE CENTERED. The practice is paperless and fully digital including CBCT, Intra-Oral Digital Scanning, Intra-Oral, and Extra-Oral imaging, 3-D Printing, and 4-D Occlusal Analysis.
Each treatment room has a 65" monitor so patients can see (in their own mouths) exactly what you are talking to them about. There are no more questions about flossing/homecare/broken filling etc. Our hygienists focus on comprehensive, best option dentistry for all of our patients. The majority of our patients are on a 3-4 month hygiene interval. Most of the patients have been with the practice for 15-20+ years.
We are seeking a hygienist with excellent clinical and communication skills to help our patients during appointments that are scheduled for an hour or more.
We schedule assisted hygiene days so your time is spent building trust and relationships with your patients, not taking xrays, and turning over rooms.
We are not scrape and polish office. Our hygienists are comfortable with and COMPENSATED for desensitizing procedures, sealants, antimicrobial placement, and many other procedures.
Our ideal candidate can be with us two or more days per week. Fridays can be added as half days. (NO SATURDAYS).
Strong patient treatment experience preferred. We would be thrilled to train the right recent grad with a great attitude.
