We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at 512 Care Center. We have multiple shifts available, offering the flexibility you need while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral programs.
- Support community involvement, recreation, and social interactions.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals in care.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in a caregiving or DSP role.
- Flexibility with scheduling is essential; you must be able to adapt to shift changes as needed.
- DSP 1 or DSP 2 certification is preferred. If not currently certified, you must be willing and able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Must be able to pass a background check through Community Care Licensing.
- TB test required prior to employment.
Compensation:
- Starting at minimum wage.
- Performance will be assessed regularly, and pay increases may be considered based on job performance and commitment to responsibilities.
