The facility is a level 4I Behavioral home, there are 4 clients residing in the home.
Direct Support Person (DSP) certification is recommended but not needed. Within 6 months to a year, employee must take the DSP course and get certified.
Starting $16/hour, with DSP 1 $17/hr, DSP 2 $18/hr
