Are you ready to bring your skills and positive energy to a busy, expanding internal medicine practice? We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals to join our team in Temecula and Menifee!
What You'll Do
- Be a crucial part of our team by managing patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance benefits.
- Coordinate referrals and authorizations for HMO/IPA’s, Medicare, PPO, Tricare, and DME services.
- Help patients by obtaining pre-authorizations for prescriptions and preparing them for procedures (EKGs, injections, etc.).
- Keep the office running smoothly by maintaining supplies and patient charts.
Who You Are
- A dedicated team player with the willingness to cross-train and support wherever needed.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Experienced in a medical office setting with strong skills in Microsoft Word/Excel and electronic medical records.
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to work in either our Temecula or Menifee office, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
