We are currently seeking a live-in caregiver for a wonderful woman who is in need of extra care and assistance. This kind and loving woman suffers from Parkinson's disease, asphia, and dementia, making it difficult for her to perform daily tasks and activities. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in her life by providing essential care and support.
This is a full-time live-in position, with work days from Tuesday to Saturday. You will have Sundays and Mondays off, giving you time to rest and recharge. We understand the importance of work-life balance and want our caregiver to have time for themselves as well.
The main duties of this job include cooking, feeding, bathing, laundry, light housework, and assisting with physical and speech therapy. You will also be responsible for administering medication and providing companionship to our client. Please note that this is not a job for someone who spends their workday on the phone. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and committed to their job, and who truly cares for their clients.
The rate of pay for this position is $700 per week, which includes room and board. The room provided has a shared bathroom, but you will have your own private space for living. We understand the importance of privacy and want our caregiver to have a comfortable living space.
