Are you an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a busy, fast-paced office? Smile Lee Orthodontics, supported by BOND Orthodontic Partners, is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused assistant to join our high-energy team!
What You’ll Love About This Role:
Flexible Schedule: Work only 6-7 days per month (schedule varies).
Busy, Fast-Paced Days: Assist in treating 80-100 patients per day alongside a skilled orthodontist.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist with braces placement, wire changes, and aligners
Take digital X-rays and keep accurate patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Help with retainers, appliance fabrication, and adjustments
Ensure a smooth patient experience in a high-energy practice
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of orthodontic assisting experience required
Must have RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and/or OAP (Orthodontic Assistant Permit)
Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
Recent Work Schedules (Example Days Per Month):
December: 3rd, 5th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th
January: 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 28th, 30th
February: 4th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 25th, 27th
