Active (Full Time): As a part of a team of soldiers, you secure your future with a career in the Active-Duty Army (full-time), we pay for college, guaranteed full healthcare/dental care for you and your immediate family members. You gain leadership skills, college credits, and job-security. This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
Reserve (Part Time: 1 weekend a month and 2 full weekends during the summer): As a part of a local team of soldiers, you secure your future with a career in the Army Reserve, pay for college, and access to low-cost healthcare with family benefits. Stay in your local area. You gain leadership skills, college credits, and home-town stability. This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
· Age - 17 to 34 years old (ages 35 to 43 can be waived)
· Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder
(IF YOU HAVE A GREEN CARD, WE CAN EXPEDITE YOUR CITIZENSHIP FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY)
· No open law violations.
· Must pass a drug screening
· Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.
Training
10 weeks of Basic Combat Training
Addition time for job training immediately after basic training. Training time Varies depending on what job you choose.
Compensation
Total compensation includes housing allowance depending on location, full medical and dental insurance, tuition assistance, food allowance, special pay, vacation with pay, life insurance, maternity or paternity leave and career progression trainings.
