Our Recruiters must have extensive experience with successful hiring and must have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bilingual is required (English and Spanish)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience in staffing
Recruiter Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scheduling and interviewing potential candidates
- Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
- Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
- Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Review and analyze resumes
- Attending and scheduling job fairs
- Conduct Drug Screens
- Conduct Background Checks
- Conduct Check in
Additional Responsibilities:
- Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule)
Shift:
Monday - Friday, Full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20-22/hr DOE
