We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Invoicing Coordinator to support our accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience processing AP/AR invoices and be comfortable assisting with other accounting tasks. System used is Quickbooks (MUST know quickbooks), they will be running reports. Must have accounting background OR degree preferred, must have one or the other or both is a plus!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Perform general accounting and collection duties.
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking. Quickbooks is a MUST
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in invoicing or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
AP/AR experience
