Well established private real estate company seeking a dependable, coachable, and team oriented apartment maintenance technician.
Minimum 1 year of experience necessary. Must have their own tools and reliable transportation to and within the city of Riverside.
Experience with painting, repairs, and general labor are mandatory. We are seeking ambitious and career driven individuals who have a positive attitude, work well with their coworkers, and are coachable and willing to learn.
Competitive pay is offered as well as a potential discounted apartment contingent on passing the probationary period.
Bilingual is preferred but not a requirement.
