A small diesel mechanic shop is needing of a Bilingual Assistant. Needs to be responsible, on time to work, honesty, reliable, hardworking, willing to learn new knowledge, team player, positive attitude and be patient when it gets busy and must be flexible with working hours. Will be picking up parts at the dealer that are needed or taking parts to other shops to get repaired, you will be getting truck information, helping clients with any questions, making calls and doing invoices, cleaning outside, doing inventory, helping the mechanics if needing anything.
Requirements:
MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Clean driving record
Able to handle work under pressure
DRIVER LICENSE CLASS C or CLASS A
Great customer service skills
MULTI TASK
TEAM PLAYER
Don't mind getting dirty from grease since its a diesel repair shop
WORK DUTIES:
Getting truck information
Clients information
Check what repairs that needs to for truck
Inventory Parts & office supplies
Organized office and paper work
Cleaning etc
File paper work
Pick up / drop off parts
Phone calls
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Saturday
Monday 8:00am- 5:30pm and Saturdays 7:00am to 3:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour / If experience on a diesel truck repair will be more
