Schoolhouse Manufacturing is expanding our production team and seeking dependable, skilled Certified Welders to support the fabrication of modular classroom structures.
Position Overview
This role focuses on structural steel welding within a controlled manufacturing environment. Candidates must be certified and proficient in Flux‑Core (FCAW) welding processes.
Requirements
Current welding certification (FCAW required)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Experience welding structural steel components
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Favorable attendance record
Favorable safety record
Reliable transportation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen
