Title: Claims Generalist
Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Title: Claims Generalist
Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary:
Build relationships and trust with our customers, providing customer service and support by responding in a timely manner with an appropriate solution or alternative. Excellent communication and active listening skills to reassure the customer that we care and are committed to resolving their situation quickly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls
Respond to customer complaints
Ability to assess and identify customers need
Document customer interactions in database
Follow communication procedure’s, guidelines and policies
Follow up to ensure resolution
Review claims incidents and issues with driver teams
Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and customer services experience
Time management and ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Education/ Experience:
Entry level experience or minimum 1 year of experience in claims
