Job Summary We are seeking a Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality custodial and cleaning services to our clients. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities - Perform various cleaning tasks including commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitizing, and more - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas - Handle special requests from clients efficiently and professionally Qualifications - Prior experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or related field is preferred - Ability to cook or launder may be required based on specific job assignments - Knowledge of hotel or residential cleaning practices is a plus - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Join us as a Subcontractor and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients.
