JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a field level working Foreman position. Requires 5 years of hands-on field level construction foreman experience with strong people management and supervision skills.
Being able to communicate verbally in English and Spanish is necessary for this position to effectively communicate with clients and construction crews.
You must have reliable transportation. You will be required to commute to the job sites, which are located in Southern California including but not limited to Inland Empire, greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and San Diego. Our main office is in Corona, California but your daily work will be at various job sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience as a construction Foreman. Proven leadership managing people & projects.
Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with employees and clients.
Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to job sites. Company warehouse is located in Corona, CA, with job sites located all around So-Cal.
Familiarity with exterior siding and rain screen systems is greatly advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Our foremen are working foremen who assist with installations
Learn company’s SOPs and ensure all crew members follow SOPs
Perform pre-construction planning meetings with Superintendent and PM. Manage scheduling including workers, inspections, meetings.
Oversee and manage daily operations of in-house crew for your projects to achieve completion of project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specs
Coordinate and supervise all project activities in field.
Maintain effective working relationships with the client’s project team, subs, and our crew members.
Communicate! Communicate! Communicate! Communicate effectively with Superintendents & PM regarding progress, scope changes, and field activities.
Promote job site safety, conduct safety tailgate meetings, encourage safe work practices
Daily: ensure completion of sign-in sheets, take photos of progress, progress check-ins on Slack, submit Daily Reports
Collect and submit timesheets for your crews
Attend client meetings as needed
Come to work on-time, with a positive attitude, and ready to work
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly motivated and goal oriented
Able to read construction plans and documents
Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis placed on quality and accuracy
Organized and systematic approach, excellent time management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Problem solver (identify potential problems, solve current problems)
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Strong verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English is required.
Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English is preferred.
Construction management experience or education is a plus.

Full-time
Monday-Friday
Occasional Saturdays as needed
