Day Porter / Janitorial Part Time + Full Time NEEDED (Murietta area)
We are in search of a FULL TIME + PART TIME Day Porters for the Murietta area
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of FULL TIME + PART TIME day porters / janitors with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning.
JOB DUTIES:
Our Day Porter Staff is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of a brand new apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities:
3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience!
attention to detail and be a self-starter!
a strong work ethic and job maturity!
be extremely dependable!
a professional appearance!
reliable transportation!
ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!
