Bilingual Manager needed. Needs to be responsible, on time to work, honesty, reliable, hardworking, team player, positive attitude must be flexible with working hours. This is a diesel repair shop for semi logistics trucks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knows all type of semi trucks Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo and knows all engines, DD15, DD13, CUMMINS,PACCAR, D13 ECT
Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance, including preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to tractors and trailers.
Manage branch tire program.
Manage monthly spending and accurately forecast spend levels.
Communicate effectively and professionally with operations personnel, drivers, and management of all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
3+ years of shop management experience.
Familiarity with current and pending government regulations (DOT/FMCSA, OSHA).
