We're currently hiring for entry level insulation installers.
Responsibilities:
Remove and replace batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial properties
If hired as a driver: Drive a box truck to transport insulation materials and equipment to job sites
Help the insulation crew remove, clean, and install new insulation while ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the insulation installation process
Collaborate with the office team to schedule and coordinate job assignments
Inspect completed insulation installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as an insulation installer not required
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck if hired as a driver
Ability to work in tight spaces (Attics, sub areas, etc.)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and the office team
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the insulation industry
Ability to use a smart phone and communicate effectively through out software program
