Demolition Contractor looking for an experienced demolition laborer for both residential and
commercial demolition projects throughout Orange County, Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
Qualified candidates must have the following.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the residential and/or commercial demolition industry.
Be able to communicate clearly in both speaking and written communications with management and clients.
Knowledge of how to use hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
Ability and agility to work from heights, such as ladders, scaffolding, boom and scissor lifts, balconies, and roofs.
Familiar working around fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems, and knowledge of how to shut down a system.
Must know how to turn off electrical breakers and water/gas valves when needed.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to jobsites throughout southern California. (Mostly Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Safety Oriented and knowledge of proper use of PPE.
Be able to follow directions, be a team player, be on time.
Certifications are a plus but not necessary.
OSHA 10/30, First Aid, ACM/PB awareness certs preferred.
Position is day shifts with occasional overtime and Saturdays.

Must have reliable transportation.
Clean driving record/license preferred.
$18-$23 hr. DOE
Bilingual is a plus.
