Key Responsibilities:
Operate Raymond Turret Machine: Must have at least 3 years of experience driving the Raymond Turret machine. You must be fully proficient with no need for additional training. If you cannot operate this machine with 100% confidence and skill, please do not apply.
Operate Other Forklifts: Must be experienced with the Raymond Order Picker and Stand-Up Forklift. You should have full mastery of these machines.
Supervisory Duties: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This includes supervising other forklift operators and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
English Proficiency: Must speak fluent English. Clear communication is essential for safety and efficiency.
Work Schedule: This role requires working Monday through Friday and Sunday. We are closed on Saturdays, so availability on the specified days is a must.
Compensation and Growth:
Initial Pay: $20 per hour for the first 2 months, with an 8-hour workday.
Transition to Salary: After 2 months, the position transitions to a salaried role at $1,000 per week. In this role, you must stay beyond 8 hours if the job is not completed.
Qualifications:
Forklift Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience operating Raymond Turret machines, Order Pickers, and Stand-Up Forklifts. No exceptions.
Supervisory Experience: Prior experience supervising a team in a warehouse setting is preferred.
English Language: Fluent English is mandatory for clear communication and safety.
Physical Fitness: Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
