This person must have a deep understanding of building codes, construction standards, and glass installation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site work related to glazing installations
Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specs
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and industry standards
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and suppliers
Lead and train field crew members; set the tone for safety and quality
Take full responsibility for meeting deadlines and maintaining project timelines
Identify and solve on-site problems in real time
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Inspect the final product and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) in glazing (windows, heavy showers, curtain walls, storefront)
Strong knowledge of local building codes and general construction practices
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA certification is a plus
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass safely
Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
