We are looking for experienced roofers to join our company. Must be 18 and over. Willing and able to climb ladders. Experience installing TPO is a MUST. Must provide your own transportation within Southern California. We work throughout Southern California, our office is located in Lake Elsinore, CA. Possession of personal tools is a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and have a high tolerance for both hot and cold conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs on commercial buildings
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Apply waterproofing materials to protect roofs from leaks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights
Skills:
- Experience in TPO roof installation, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
