Position: Formation Material Handler
City: Corona, CA
Pay Rate:$17.50 per hour
Shift: To be discussed (must be open to overtime and weekends as needed)
Type:Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
The Formation Material Handler plays an important role in the battery production process. You’ll be responsible for safely moving, charging, and handling batteries during the formation process—ensuring proper setup, safety compliance, and smooth workflow in the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
Move batteries as directed by the formation supervisor.
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and management.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the work area.
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
Ensure rectifiers/chargers are turned OFFwhen working on batteries in that circuit.
Follow all company health and safety policies and wear required PPE.
Accurately document all required production and quality data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
