RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, AND GENERAL UPKEEP OF THE PROPERTY. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; Administrative Support - Location: Glendora and Corona; Data Entry & Record Keeping, Preparing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents, Organizing files and ensuring easy retrieval, Inventory & Office Supplies, Customer Service, DELIVERY, FEED AND MONITOR ANIMALS (DOGS, BIRDS AND CHICKEN), PERFORM FENCING WORK INCLUDING INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS, AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE MANAGER OR OWNER. CAREGIVER- Location: Moreno Valley and Corona. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene, Help with dressing and mobility (e.g., using walkers, wheelchairs), Support with feeding, if needed, Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions, Assist with eating and hydration, Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping), Remind client to take medications on schedule, Observe for changes in physical or mental health, Report concerns to family or supervising professionals, Engage client in conversation and activities, Provide emotional support and encouragement, Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or outings, Maintain a safe environment (remove tripping hazards, monitor for fall risks), Help follow daily routines and schedules and Document daily care and updates.
