Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting the roll former department and assisting with loading and unloading parts for powder coating. The ideal candidate must be physically capable, a team player, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist roll former machine operators with material handling and basic tasks
Load and unload metal parts for the powder coating line
Perform general duties such as cleaning, organizing, and material prep
Follow all safety rules and procedures
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor is preferred
Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Safety-focused with attention to detail
