Junk Removal Team Members carry out the most important tasks for Haul Brothers. They are the face of the organization to our customers. Team Members are expected to arrive on-site, clean-cut, in uniform, and ready to work. The most important tasks for Junk Removal Team Members are to truly WOW the customer and ensure they do not damage property. WOWing the customer means going above and beyond the call of duty, working with enthusiasm, tidying up the work area at the conclusion of the job, and working with good speed.

Additional benefits to going above and beyond with customers are tips. Many of our team members earn upwards of $300 every pay period from tips. It’s not uncommon for a team to make $250+ tips in a single day!
We also offer various Bonus incentives and commission opportunities! If you perform well in terms of sales, speed, and pleasing the customer your pay will reflect that. We want motivated people who want to make good money and want to help people in the process.
You will start out as a Wingman. The Wingman assists the Captain in completing checklists, invoicing jobs, and loading the truck.
What Haul Brothers expects are team members who are able to get into work on time, often times 7:00 to 9 AM, and work hard all the way until the day is done, often times 4 or 6 PM. Team members are expected to be able to work in all kinds of work environments, from hot to cold, to dusty to wet, etc. Team members should be determined to push through difficult jobs or days, which will occur from time to time. Team members should look at a challenging job as "how we will get this done" instead of "there is no way we can do this."
