Established Trucking Company has an immediate opening for a qualified Heavy Duty Truck Tire Repair Technician.
Full-Time
5 days a week - Days TBD, Must be available on Saturdays
No Sundays

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have valid Driver's License with clean DMV record
* Must possess a mechanical aptitude
* 1 year VERIFIABLE experience in Large Heavy Duty Tire maintenance and repair
* 1 Year Minimum Heavy Duty Truck Tire experience
* Hand / Pneumatic Tool experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to pass a DOT Drug and Physical
* Must be able to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform tire checks on company vehicles and equipment as required
* Understanding of Commercial Truck Tire Models and Sizes
* Able to remove, install, mount and dismount large commercial truck tires
* Remove tires and inspect quality for retreading or repairs
* Determine repairable tire conditions and make repairs
* Proper tire inflation of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
* Perform a variety of preventative maintenance duties on equipment as needed
* Perform tire service road called as necessary
