Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate / Unloader to join our team at our Ontario location. This is a new site, and we're looking to hire 20 new associates, so tell your friends! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading containers of shoes, organizing products in the warehouse, and assisting with general warehouse tasks.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 5pm - 1:30am
Pay: Pay is based on productivity. We expect the team to be earning at $20 - $22/ hour based on daily productivity metrics. (Never less than $17/hour) We've partnered with DailyPay to give you access to earned funds daily.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Capability to lift heavy items and engage in physical work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload containers of shoes and transfer products to designated storage areas.
- Organize and categorize shoes in the warehouse following company protocols.
- Support inventory management by conducting cycle counts and replenishing stock.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
